Beth:

  • Checking up on Bandcamp feature — should be up this month

 

Cormac:

  • Looking at new website — theme input?
  • Interest in getting Cormac’s Dad to come speak (environmentally based) — cosponsor with Green Fund?
    • We wouldn’t have to spend money
    • Recording for Public Affairs program?

 

Meg:

  • Spring break close to being fully covered
  • Goal for last staff meeting: Talk about what the program will look like in the fall
    • Set standards

 

Jake:

  • Some responses re: advertising individual shows on social media accounts
    • Can we advertise a show on a weekly basis right before it airs (facebook)?

 

Babe:

  • Got a few mixcloud responses

 

Luke:

  • Record fair promos
  • Promos on CDs

 

Xandra:

  • Updating the public file
  • Listening to shows!

 

Will:

  • Internships!
  • Started officially mixing up the written test
  • Attendance from the meeting?- checklist

 

Dillon:

  • Press releases for Record Fair should start going out a month prior – end of break
    • Postering
  • Volunteer email covering all this going out

 

Helly:

  • Reaching out to new labels
  • Got a few Redscroll requests emailed — ask for any!

 

Ruth:

  • MD Blog is being updated regularly

 

Jack:

  • Some discontentment with program shakeout from community members
  • Tuned our guitar! Thanks Jack!

 

Ben:

  • Reaching out to record fair vendors beginning tomorrow
  • Franco going to cover any open shifts during Spring Break
  • Internships — could interns bring a checklist to each show, of things they know they need to learn?
  • Let’s book spring and fall record fair dates ASAP
    • Same for Fall Festival
  • Need to purchase for the budget
    • Mixer? TV? Duct Tape?
  • Service learning work? Welcoming people who might create programming around their studies
    • Inviting Clifton to a staff meeting
