Board Notes 4/10/18

Beth:

  • R&C Event established!
    • May 25th from 2-11pm
    • Now time to contact Reslife — we’d love to have the entire board stay to come in and organize but the only way to make that convincing is if we have a concrete schedule

 

Helly:

  • Redscroll trip this Friday at 3!
  • Bandcamp acct. is up and running

 

Cormac:

  • Argus would like to use the studio to record an episode of the podcast

 

Jake:

  • 10-Day countdown for the Record Fair beginning

 

Ben:

  • Air studio monitors are in declining condition, Studio B’s need replacing!
  • Item about cussing on air should be highlighted during training
    • Perhaps we should be handing tests back so people can see their answers/the correct one to that question? Make the answer explicit
    • Also include questions about the updated programming rubric/quality conversation,
  • Sold out of vendor space at record fair
    • Can we get bon app to show up and sell food?
  • BMI report went off, thanks to MDs
  • Pledge drive next week!
    • Hopefully can get a mailing and letter together by next week
    • Use talking points from that letter for the press release
    • We need to straighten out:
      • Color combos for new program/poster
      • New bumper sticker — do we want to use logo from Ella’s new poster?
    • Usdan tabling to sell merch? Few days a week?
