Board Meeting 4/24

 

Beth:

  • Fundraising sheet — ideas for personalized fundraising efforts?
    • Emailing extended family/connections can vary depending on the person/situation
  • Legacy documents

 

Luke:

  • Pledge drive promos

 

Babe:

  • Fundraised 30$ in Usdan today!
  • Legacy document/written test finished
  • Manual revisions to come
  • Fundraising — creative ideas?

 

Dillon:

  • Record fair went very smoothly!
  • Good yield — potentially more than fall
  • In the process of reserving future fairs
  • Ideally next year’s Feast will not be so close to the record fair?

 

Will:

  • Tips and Tricks this Sunday at 5; Test at 5:30
    • Can anyone do the panel and grade?
  • Legacy Document in progress

 

Ruth/Helly:

  • Legacy Document near finished
  • New MD candidates — might we need more subgenre directors?
    • Important to make sure new candidates fully understand how rigorous board positions are/can be

 

Meg:

  • Summer applications in and program in progress!
  • Program standards document — what form do we want this to take?

 

Jake:

  • Press list generated in tandem with legacy document
    • Outdated — 40 emails that get bounced back with each release sent out

 

Xandra

  • Met with likely incoming PA Director

 

Updates from Ben:

  • Pledge appeal eblast going out at 6pm
    • Email from beth would be targeted more at students
  • Mailing going out by end of week
  • LEtters of intent should be out this week!
