  • Senior Week: Come in for a couple hours each day and organize everything in the boardroom?
    • Possibility of receiving housing
  • Shirts are in the works! Cereal box!
  • In contact with Clifton Watson re: a meeting
  • **Come up with a date for the Redscroll trip!

 

Luke

  • CDs burned for Studio A
  • Thursday training showing trainees the board, etc.

 

Cormac

  • Working on Dad’s event
  • Reserving a space for Friday April 13th and 6:30
    • To what extent can we promote the event?
      • Making a promo to play during daytime programs (good target audience)
      • Posters around middletown? Leave some around the station?
  • Working on website notes

 

Dillon

  • PR for Record Fair
  • Have most of the volunteers we need
  • Car secured for the morning!
  • Haim wants a DJ spot (need 1 more)
  • Signs need to be repainted
    • Board hours?
  • Legacy sheet done

 

Will

  • Training week 2 complete! Thanks to Luke for coming
    • Going significantly better

 

Meg

  • Summer application going out Friday
    • New DJs
  • Ensuring coverage is not lazy/in alignment with the mission statement
    • MDs: look at playlists and reach out to those who may not be living up to this, particularly during primetime hours?

    • This Sunday? Next weekend is their anniversary sale
  • BAndcamp account getting set up next week

    • Press releases sent out on thursday
    • Waiting until it’s not pouring to send press releases outt

  • New Haven REaders’ Poll — we’ve been nominated!
    • Polls are now open — facebook/social media push?
  • Heavy Metal Show for syndication, possibly?
  • Pledge Drive prep is in motion
    • Images for merch set, gives us a leg up
  • Dates for next year’s record fairs should be set with SALD
