WESU Spring Pledge Drive
Our 2020 Spring Pledge Drive is upon us and WESU needs your help now, more than ever. While concern over the spread of Covid 19 forced WESU to close its doors to our volunteer DJs, our little station with the big sound hasn’t skipped a beat remaining on air 24/7, since the Covid lockdown hit our region.
Without live DJs to bring in the donations on air and live events like our community record fair, to offset our fundraising efforts, WESU is in a tight spot. We’ve got less than two months to raise the $35,000 in community support we need to pay our bills and close our books before the end of June. This is a tall order for WESU and we are once again calling on the communities we serve to support the service we provide.
In an effort to minimize overhead costs and decrease the potential exchange of germs through the mail, we will not be offering pledge premiums this spring and we are asking our supporters to skip the paper pledge form to donate online. Please donate online at www.wesufm.org/pledge
