Board Meeting 10.20.20

1. Tonight there is an election e2020. It’s a live zoom event, whoever is participating the campus has reached out to. Ben Michael will be introducing them. W

2. Training! Amy: First training session was on Sunday, really great turn out. 18 or 20 kids. That was just the people could make the people on Sunday. A little over five more are coming to the Wednesday make up. We went through the freeform ideology, the positions. Next week is more code of conduct. Ben asks if it is too late to get involved? Amy says of course, there will be a a session tomorrow (Wednesday) night at 8pm. Regular training is Sunday at 5pm, the rest of them

3. Budget. Lulu met with the SBC. She thinks it went over super well. Ben M says the computer themselves has to be able to access all the Wesleyan features. Wesleyan doesn’t service outside computers like that use to. Lulu is meeting with them again next Monday. 

4. Bryan is not having a ton of luck getting responses. Ben is wondering if he might bring it to our listeners, or a much bigger pool. And or our donors. If that went in the emails, and asked people to contribute. Maybe let’s reach out to him. 

5. Election. Copying and pasting the information from the handbook that describe the positions. We need some sort of ballot system. Before hand, we definitely need to get that email out. Lulu is sending out that email, whether or not the position are available for community members or student volunteers. Maybe we make a deadline of one week before the meeting where the letter of intent is posted to the staff list. Maybe make the deadline Sunday the 25th, or Monday the 26th.
