MIDDLETOWN, CT — Wesleyan University’s radio station, 88.1FM WESU, is thrilled to
announce its Spring Record Fair on Saturday, April 19th. This vibrant gathering invites analog audio enthusiasts from both the campus and the community to explore a treasure trove of music and memorabilia. Run by dedicated student and community volunteers for nearly 20 years, WESU’s biannual
record fairs not only raise essential funds to support the station but also offer patrons a day filled
with music, bargains, and fun.

Attendees can expect to find an eclectic mix from some of New England’s finest vendors,
featuring tens of thousands of vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, and music in all formats, alongside
t-shirts, books, posters, and more. The WESU booth will have crates of records and CDs priced
at just one dollar, with deals available for bulk purchases. WESU General Manager Ben Michael
encourages the community to join in: “We have tons of albums and CDs that need to find new
homes. Come on down, and make a deal!”

In addition to browsing, fairgoers can purchase WESU t-shirts, tote bags, and stickers to support
the station. Throughout the day, WESU DJs will spin records ranging from punk to jazz to electronic.

The WESU Spring Record Fair is free and open to the public on Saturday, April 19, from 10
AM to 4 PM at Wesleyan’s Exley Science Center, located at 265 Church Street, Middletown, CT.

There’s still time for local supporters to donate records for WESU to sell at their booth, with
proceeds benefiting the station. For more information, please visit https://www.wesufm.org, email generalmanager@yahoo.com, or call 860-685-7707.
