  • Suggestion after NPR event at career center: Bring similar panelists to staff meetings!

Record Fair:

  • We are on for April 21st in Beckham!
  • Promotion should kick up soon
    • Online presence
    • Promos
  • Record Store Day conflict
  • Flyers: Make sure to note the year so google searches yield the current flyer and not old ones
  • Trainees
    • Specific tasks — better suited for hauling records, etc.

 

Training

  • Incorporate the phone coupler?
    • Not every broadcaster needs to know this
    • No harm in mentioning it
  • Luke making a lesson plan

 

New Board Members

  • Tasking ourselves with each creating a document detailing the responsibilities/projects of your position for your successor
  • Gauging interest for people who might want to run at the upcoming staff meeting
