– New Shirts should be in for the Laboca event next Thursday – is any board
member attending or helping bryan?

– 90 % of the Mailing will go out tomorrow to 600 plus past donors from the
last three years..

– at staff meeting we can encourage phone bank/donations

– Time to get another round of promos together…..

Received 2 grants so far (for visiting mentor sp19 and A course in FA 19.,
working on another destined for projects that can explore the digital arts-
hoping to use this to work on our 80th online archives to build an
interactive exhibition of WESU sounds, sights, and history.

Need to find out so we can gain support from the SBC or concert committee
for a WESU Event

–        I received an email from a student asking if we would have a
concert that would feature some Middletown artists, Specifically Elvee a Hip
Hop MC who is a WESU DJ.
