Victoria will need help in administering practicals – she will make a Google Doc for board members to put their availability for this
20-25 minute time slots for exams so that trainees will have some time to orient themselves/practice before actual exam
Trainees should bring a completed training log (for service hours/internships); if they don’t have the form finished but can tell you when they’re planning on completing the hours & can prove it, then that’s ok and turning in the training log to Victoria can be the final step instead of the practical
Back to back retakes are ok, as long as the schedule permits (i.e. there’s nobody in the slot after them)
There is a sheet on in the WESU 2018-2019 Google Drive folder detailing how to configure the board for the practical (i.e. so plays out loud but is not broadcasted)
